In the long-deserted city of Emerald Bay, Devin and sister Christabel live a quiet life of peace. When their concrete sanctuary is savagely destroyed by a credo gang led by an evil warlock, Devin is thrust into a blood-soaked phantasmagoric journey of vengeance filled with nightmarish biomechanical humanoids and  dark sorcery.
